Tankwa Karoo House of Photos Competition Project

Our affluent client, a social media content creator, leverages her earnings to invest in properties, specifically designing them for rental to film and content creators. Her latest venture involves creating a captivating desert oasis near Tankwa Karoo National Park. The objective is to design a luxurious residence and entertainment oasis that harmoniously integrates with the arid surroundings. The design must encompass areas for eating, sleeping, bathing, and socializing, utilizing the elements of fire, water, earth, and air. Every aspect, including landscaping, should be Instagram-worthy, focusing on providing a unique and visually appealing experience for followers. The challenge lies in crafting distinct yet cohesive spaces suitable for various filming and photographic opportunities. The emphasis is on incorporating water elements in at least three different applications, demonstrating creativity and responsibility in water usage. The design should evoke unique sensory experiences in sleeping, bathing, food preparation, and socializing spaces.
